Willie is an influencer, change agent for the people. He’s spent 5 years at FB (2 years on the Recruiting Team as the Candidate Experience Lead and 3 years on the D&I team) focusing on the employee experience for underrepresented communities. He’s leveraged his position to drive impact in amplifying Black@ and Latin@ FBRG communities, Leaders, and other stakeholders to make a difference within FB and outside of FB. Leading strategy & execution of programs & initiatives gives energy to Willie to be a strong resource for the people while helping lift up communities for the greater good.
