During her 18-year tenure with Edelman, Trisch Smith has managed stakeholder outreach, strategic positioning, reputation management and public affairs campaigns for a host of Fortune 500 corporations, non-profits and associations. She has led the firm’s award-winning Multicultural practice, providing senior counsel to protect, promote and evolve clients’ brands and engage diverse thought leaders, consumers and stakeholders.

In 2015, Trisch was named Edelman’s first U.S. Managing Director of Diversity and Inclusion, and was appointed Global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer in 2018. In this role, she partners with leaders across the firm to guide organizational structure and diversity and inclusion programming.
