Sydney Brunson is a Global Engagement, Multicultural Communities and Outreach Leader at Microsoft. There, she is responsible for supporting the growth of Black, Latinx, Asian and Indigenous communities at Microsoft. Her focus is on strengthening the employee experience by identifying strategies that will enhance recruitment, development and retention of this talent and driving Microsoft’s aligned external partnerships. Before Microsoft, Sydney was Diversity Programs Manager at Pinterest, where she led the team’s operational efficiency, diversity programs and initiatives, and inclusive product design.

Sydney holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Howard University and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
