Steve Pamon is the President and Chief Operating Officer of global entertainer Beyoncé’s production company, Parkwood Entertainment.

In his time at Parkwood, the team has continued its history of critical and commercial success, as evident in the “Lemonade” visual album, The Formation World Tour, Coachella Festival , “Homecoming” documentary, On the Run II tour, Ivy Park, and the film “Black Is King”, among others. In addition, his team manages the careers of Ingrid and Chloe x Halle.

Pamon holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. in business administration from Morehouse College.
