As Managing Director of W+K New York, Neal Arthur leads the second largest office in the network, overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients and more than 300 employees. Recently, he and his partner have driven the agency to its best revenue growth since the office’s opening in 1995. Neal has been a member of the W+K Stakeholders team since 2016. Under this leadership team, the agency was recognized at the top of Fast Company’s Most Innovative list for the third year in a row, and as Agency of the Year by both Adweek and Ad Age for three years running.
