Kudzi Chikumbu is TikTok’s Director of Creator Community and responsible for building the creator community through marketing, partnerships and education all while advocating for diversity, inclusion & representation online. Kudzi pioneered initiatives to foster diversity such as hosting the #MakeBlackHistory Creator Summit and launching the LGBTQ+ TikTok Trailblazer List. As a speaker, Kudzi focuses on motivating diverse young professionals. Kudzi was born in Zimbabwe, grew up in South Africa and holds an MBA from Stanford. Kudzi was named one of the 2019 Next Gen Executives by The Hollywood Reporter.
