Justin leads RAPP’s New York office, solving clients’ business problems through connected engagement strategies. He also heads up RAPP WELL – Rapp’s global healthcare network. He has been a Global Client Leader, running teams across over 50 countries. Justin has also served as a client, driving global digital transformation, as Chief Digital Officer, Novartis OTC in Switzerland.

For two decades, Justin’s passion has been to mentor junior talent. Helping them to build self-belief, and to demonstrate this belief in big and small ways – every day. Justin likes to teach a simple mantra: “Doors open to those who push them.”
