She founded Facebook’s SEEN program (est.2017), to drive representation in the entertainment industry (IG@seen). Through SEEN, Jen’s led education, advocacy, creative and strategic support for diverse storytellers at Sundance and SXSW, in partnership with The Blackhouse Foundation, The Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media, and Women in Film & Television. She’s a requested speaker for PromaxBDA, OTTTV World Summit, The Female Quotient, and Valleywood. Jen and her work are featured in Variety, Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter, Campaign, and Deadline.
