Esther is an agency partner manager at Facebook and CEO at Ranowo.org. At Facebook, she consults agencies on how to strategically leverage Facebook advertising best practices to help their clients grow and succeed. Additionally, after conducting significant research on the operations of underfunded nonprofit organizations, Esther was inspired to launch Ranowo.org, a donation platform that enables people to easily donate items online to Black and Latinx communities in need. A proud nod to her Nigerian roots, ranowo means “to help” in Yoruba. As of June 2020, Ranowo.org has given away thousands of dollars worth of goods to nonprofits supporting Black and Latinx people. Through efforts to expand Ranowo.org, Esther hopes to contribute resources to organizations nationwide in order to sustain and grow initiatives in Black and Latinx communities across the United States.

Esther was born and raised in Ohio and boasts a love for Columbus favorites: Skyline Chili, THE Ohio State Buckeyes, and, of course, Jenia’s Ice Cream (despite her lactose intolerance).
