Dontaira Terrell is an award-winning journalist, editor, and media entrepreneur. An Ohio native and proud graduate of Florida A&M University, she has interviewed leading cultural voices, including Halle Berry, Ciara, Nikki Giovanni, Michael B. Jordan, Phylicia Rashad, Regina Hall, and more. She has held editorial leadership roles with Black Enterprise, 21Ninety, and Refinery29’s Unbothered, and currently serves as Lead Editor for USA TODAY special-edition magazines. In 2024, she became Co-Owner and Editor-in-Chief of The Buckeye Review, a 90-year-old Ohio-based Black-owned publication reaching readers nationwide. Her work champions authenticity, representation, and the power of storytelling across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
