As the brand manager, I facilitate internal team relations so that the On She Goes team can achieve set content goals for the year. I also help contribute to content ideas and help dictate the overall goal/function of the website and social channels as aligned with the rest of the OSG team. As someone who had such little access to travel growing up, I hope through OSG to give other women of color who were like me an accessible perspective on the benefits of travel.
