Archana Gilravi is an experienced Silicon Valley executive who recently joined the Sheryl Sandberg and Dave Goldberg Foundation as the VP, Partnerships where she leads the partnerships strategy for both LeanIn.org and OptionB.org.

Prior to this role, Archana spent over a decade leading global Customer and Partner Success teams at large tech companies including Google. She is the host of the Unstoppable Women Podcast, where she interviews women about their path to senior leadership. Archana also sits on the board of the Center for Creative Leadership.

Archana has an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Wellesley College.
