    In 2018 Queen Latifah partnered with P&G to create the Queen Collective Initiative, intending to increase gender and racial equality of film directors in entertainment and advertising. By providing this platform that reflects diverse audiences and authentic stories, brands are reaching and resonating with all consumer groups. Queen Latifah, Eric Austin (VP Global Marketing & Media Innovation at Procter & Gamble) and Angelica Matthews (Brand Vice President, North America Dish Care at P&G) share how the Queen Collective came to be, the progress it has made, and how P&G is amplifying the program to bring emerging directors greater opportunity, exposure and economic empowerment.
