From film sets to ad campaigns, Cannes Lion winner Yogi Omar brings more than 20 years of storytelling prowess to his current role as Manager of Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Development at Rethink. Yogi has produced campaigns for companies like IKEA, Kraft, and A&W, while championing underrepresented voices to drive positive change in media and advertising. Prior to Rethink, Yogi co-owned InspirationALL, a talent agency, where he pushed for diverse representation in film and television casting. In his spare time, Yogi actively contributes to Vancouver’s LGBTQ2+ community, proving his commitment to impact both on and off screen.
