Toyin Kolawole is the CEO of Iya Foods, a Gluten-Free manufacturing facility based in Illinois. She grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, where from a very young age she helped run her mother’s small food eatery. Toyin has an MBA from the Kellogg, Northwestern University, a certificate in Nutrition & Healthy Living from Cornell, and a BS in Management Accounting. Prior to Iya Foods, Toyin was a consultant at Bain & Company and a Private Equity Analyst at African Capital Alliance. Her mission is to grow Iya into the leading Gluten-Free manufacturer in the US.
