Tosha Studmire is a Web Marketing Manager at 23andMe leading the web channel while focusing on conversion rate optimization and moving site visitors to purchase.

She believes in using storytelling and creativity to create positive brand experiences that are also diverse and inclusive. She values authenticity, creativity, and human connectedness and weaves that into her work every chance she gets. She has been awarded the Nsorama award by the Cleveland National Technical Association for her technological and educational accomplishments.

Tosha holds a BS in Community Health and an MBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University. When she is not working, she is finding new ways to express herself whether through passion projects, singing, playing her guitar, exploring local art, or loving her Frenchie, Chilli (word to TLC).
