Sujatha Mamidibathula is the Head of Americas, SMB at TikTok. Spanning a career over two decades, Sujatha built and led SMB sales organizations starting at Google where she was instrumental in launching the first scaled ad sales and onboarding programs for North America. She also led strategy and operations for its CX teams. Next at Snapchat, Sujatha led the Global SMB Sales org where she drove strategy and business delivery while building and expanding SMB teams across multiple regions. At TikTok, Sujatha is leading the effort to expand TikTok’s offering, specifically for small businesses around North America and Latin America.
