She is recognized for driving large-scale talent innovation and culture change initiatives across a number of industries, with an impressive portfolio of bespoke DE&I models, frameworks and platform interventions to mitigate bias throughout business operations. Singleton is a proud ADCOLOR Board member, a celebrated thought-leader and DE&I Educator, but she is most grateful to be wife to Marino and mom to Greyson, a 2025 graduate of the School of Visual Arts.
