Previously, he served as Senior Director of Operations & Inclusion at Ogilvy, Global Head of DEI at DAZN, and held various senior finance leadership roles – shaping global culture, financial governance, and strategic planning. British-born and raised, Shola describes himself as a true Londoner at heart, now calling New York and Philadelphia home for the past decade.
