In his day job, Shahamat Uddin is an account supervisor at Praytell agency, specialized in their travel and corporate reputation practice areas. Throughout his three years at Praytell, he’s successfully participated in and won five new business proposals, tripling the size of the agency’s travel practice. Outside of Praytell, Shahamat is a notable freelance writer, covering queer and South Asian issues for a variety of outlets including Vogue, New York Magazine, The Nation, Teen Vogue and more. He also serves as the communications director for the 501c3 non-profit, Artists Climate Collective.
