In his 20s, he co-founded URB, an award-winning magazine and multimedia company considered a pioneer for its early coverage of America’s dance/electronic and burgeoning hip-hop movements. As Global Head of Editorial for Amazon Music, he leads a team inventing the future of content experiences across video, audio, podcasts, and live performance.
As a creator, executive producer, and curator, Raymond is driven to tell stories that reflect culture, movements, voices, sounds, and communities. In 2020, Raymond served as an Executive Producer and co-writer of the YouTube Originals feature documentary, Coachella: 20 Years in the Desert. Raymond is a board member of Reboot, an arts and culture non- profit that reimagines and reinforces Jewish thought and traditions, and ArtworxLA, a community-based multidisciplinary arts program aimed at combating the high school dropout epidemic in Los Angeles.
