Rachel Noerdlinger is an equity Partner at Actum, where she helps lead strategic communications, crisis management, and coalition building. She is the first Black woman to hold this role.

An award-winning communications strategist with a penchant for media activism, Rachel is a leader in third-party coalition-building and issues related to diversity, inclusion and strengthening relationships in communities of color. She coordinated the media coverage for the high-profile funeral of George Floyd and other historic cases in her 25-years as media strategist for civil rights leader Rev. Al Sharpton. Rachel frequently advises corporations on DEI strategy and execution.
