Paul Rivera is the Chief Brand Officer and Partner at The SpringHill Company. He previously was President of The Robot Company, which he co-founded with Maverick Carter and LeBron James. In 2017, he created the Emmy Award-winning show The Shop, which has wrapped its 7th season with him as co-host. Prior to The Robot Company, Rivera held influential positions at Nike and Beats by Dre.

As an entrepreneur, he sits at the helm of several ventures, which includes an investment in Major League Pickleball where he is part of the ownership group of the New York Hustlers team. Rivera is also a partner in the Kent Hospitality Group, which includes Michelin Starred restaurants Crown Shy & Saga. Additionally, Rivera is a co-founder of the prominent ready-to-drink coffee brand, Beekeeper Coffee.
