Natalie Alcide is a native Brooklynite, art director, and designer whose work focuses on telling stories that often go untold. Her Haitian roots and working class upbringing inform her passion for crafting narratives that authentically represent the cultures of underrepresented communities. She’s worked on stories that lie at the intersection of relevance and social impact for brands like Proctor & Gamble, Advil, and Modelo.

Natalie’s work has been featured in AIGA, ADWEEK, and We Are Next for championing initiatives that help foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the communications industry. Currently, Natalie is a Senior Art Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day and an adjunct professor at the City College of New York.
