Michael Houston (he/they) is a versatile producer, sound engineer, artist, and social impact leader with over 18 years of experience in production and advertising. As Director of Social Impact at Arnold Worldwide, they drive change by building pathways and expanding access for underrepresented creative talent.

Michael founded The Inclusion Council to advance equity through inclusive strategy and authentic representation. They support impact initiatives across Havas North America and serve on the board of BAGLY, Inc.

Rooted in community and care, Michael’s work centers on amplifying voices historically excluded from creative industries—working towards a more inclusive, equitable future.
