As Founder/CEO of the U.N.-recognized platform RAMPD (Recording Artists and Music Professionals with Disabilities), Lachi has collaborated with the GRAMMYs, Netflix, Tidal, Live Nation and more on disability-inclusive programs and solutions. From speaking on accessibility at the White House to the BBC to PBS to TEDx, Lachi’s work has been lauded in NYTimes, Billboard, Essence, Good Morning America and USA Today, where she was named a 2024 Woman of the Year.
