Kristin Jarrett is a social impact and creative leader who works to deliver effective strategies that drive equity and social justice through inclusive media, storytelling, and community engagement. She currently leads Spotify’s strategy for Gender and LGBTQIA+ equity to help drive the organizations efforts to create greater wellbeing outcomes for creators, listeners, and employees. Kristin also leads Spotify’s Creator Equity strategy focused resourcing and activating the next generation of artists, creators, and storytellers who have historically been excluded from the creative industry
