Jodie is originally from Boston Massachusetts, but has lived in NYC for the past 9 years. After graduating from Northwestern University, she joined a non profit helping underrepresented students break into the finance and private equity industry.In 2016 Jodie joined Google as a diversity lead, where she was responsible for supporting Google’s recruitment, retention and branding for underrepresented communities. Jodie joined Compass in 2020 as the Head of Diversity, where she was responsible for creating, socializing and executing on the DEI strategy and roadmap. She is now the newly appointed Senior Director of DEI at Sony Music Group.
