Jochebed Fekadu is the Director of Marketing and Inclusion & Impact at Omnicom Precision Marketing Group. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen the OPMG employee and client experience, cultivating an inclusive and innovative environment. She is a 2018 IRTS Fellow, 2021 ADCOLOR FUTURE, and 2023 CC:DC Fellow, and is proudly serving as the ADCOLOR Advisory Board Co-Chair. As a first-generation college graduate (Hook ‘Em!) and professional, Jochebed has built her career grounded in a people-centered approach, believing that the strength of our industry and its work is shaped by the cultures and lived experiences within it.
