Jessica Watson is a builder of inclusive spaces and bold strategies. As Vice President of Talent Engagement & Inclusion at Publicis Groupe U.S., she leads Business Resource Groups, Inclusion Councils, and initiatives that bridge people, purpose, and performance. Her career began in global talent development at J. Walter Thompson, where she helped launch the Future Pioneers Apprenticeship in London. Jessica holds a Public Relations degree from the University of Florida and is completing a Diversity & Inclusion for HR certificate from Cornell. Based in Atlanta, she’s passionate about vintage teaware, interior design, and storytelling that inspires equity.
