Jennifer Lin is a certified DEI communicator who leads strategic positioning and marketing strategy for DEI at Deloitte. She has broad experience in corporate and social impact, and is passionate about elevating community voices to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Jennifer most recently led communications at the Salesforce Foundation, whose mission is to create economic opportunity for underrepresented youth. Her portfolio of work includes Blue Shield of California Foundation, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, and the Gates Foundation. She also served as a Director of Communications in the anti-slavery movement.

Jennifer brings expertise in the publishing industry, having started her career as a book editor at Chronicle Books, working on over 100 titles including the bestselling Boo the Dog series.

She holds a MA and BA in English from Stanford University. She volunteers with Asians in Advertising and API Rising, and served as Board Chair of the nonprofit CORA.
