George Felix has spent his career building iconic brands like Old Spice, KFC, Pizza Hut, Tinder, and Chili’s Grill & Bar where he currently serves as Senior Vice President and CMO. George has helped return Chili’s to relevance and in 2025, George was named AdAge’s CMO of the year and Chili’s was named Brand of the Year. George holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. George lives in Dallas with his wife of 20 years, Mary and 2 children, Eleanor and Wilson.
