Emily is Chief Equity & Impact Officer at Omnicom Group where she advances Omnicom’s vision to achieve systemic equity across the holding company’s global network, leading a team of 50 dedicated DE&I professionals. A seasoned communications strategist and client leader, Emily leads Diversity & Inclusion Communications.

Previously, Emily was at FleishmanHillard where she founded True MOSAIC; a global communications consultancy dedicated to driving DE&I to the center of corporate strategy. She has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by multiple publications. A lover of education, she is a frequent lecturer and current adjunct professor on DE&I issues.
