Dipal Shah has spent nearly 20 years working in marketing. From an early age, she recognized her otherness and sought out diverse voices and perspectives to acclimate to American culture. In her current role at Amazon Ads, Dipal leads the global brand strategy team overseeing the brand design, strategy, campaigns, and inclusive marketing, ensuring the brand reflects a nuanced global audience. In her time at Amazon, Dipal has served as a judge for the 2023 ADCOLOR LEADERS class and supports the team in our ADCOLOR efforts each year.
