Dee Diaz, a 29 year old executive with an immigrant background, is passionate about pursuing diversity in music. As the VP of Digital Strategy at Reach Records, Dee oversees digital campaigns and commercial partnerships on releases including RIAA certified & Billboard charting records such as Coming in Hot by Lecrae & Andy Mineo. In 2020 Dee led the charge on the label’s first Latin project, Sin Vergüenza. She shaped branding and advertising to tell the story of the Latin Christian community. Dee is passionate about creating new opportunities for underrepresented communities, and continues to fight for innovative ways to do so.
