David started his career in account management at agencies in Washington DC working on clients including Microsoft, CoStar, National Geographic and several associations. In 2004, he moved to LA and has since worked for Omnicom agencies KERN, RAPP and Omnicom Precision Marketing Group leading client relationships including AT&T, DIRECTV, Symantec, T-Mobile and American Express. He also spent 3 years at MRM/McCann as Global Lead for the Cisco Systems business. David founded Omnicom’s LGBTQ+ ERG, OPEN Pride, in 2016 and is currently Global Co-Chair. He leads initiatives aiming to diversify talent, engage community development, and improve intersectionality and allyship amongst leadership.
