Chufue is a creative operations leader at the intersection of marketing, media production, and DEI. At General Mills, he leads national packaging photography operations, overseeing photography across the company’s brand portfolio while championing diversity through ERG leadership. A first-generation Hmong American, he has witnessed firsthand how mentorship transforms careers. He invests in underrepresented talent through year-round mentorship, cultural programming, and industry access for BIPOC students in Minnesota. Recognized with The BrandLab’s $20,000 Olson Family Scholarship, he is pursuing his MBA in Project Management to strengthen his leadership and break systemic barriers—ensuring future marketers aren’t just included, but empowered.
