Catherine Navarro-Harkin is an SVP strategy director at Leo Burnett who specializes in learning and being curious. With over two decades in the industry, she still approaches new challenges with the eager eyes of a child.

During her Leo Burnett tenure, Cat took a two-year overseas assignment that turned into five working on Kellogg’s, P&G, Sanofi, and Nestlé. Cat has also worked on Dove, McDonald’s, ALDI, and Serta.
