Carlin currently serves as a co-lead on the Alumni Engagement Committee for the ADCOLOR Advisory Board. In addition to his role with ADCOLOR, he is an Associate Strategy Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day\NY, where he champions the creation of equitable and inclusive narratives rooted in culture.

As an award-winning culture-first strategist, Carlin has collaborated with prominent brands such as Hilton, The Mayo Clinic, Brooklyn Film Festival, and Persil. His achievements include being named a 2018 ADCOLOR FUTURE, recognized by Business Insider as one of the 50 Rising Stars on Madison Avenue in 2021, and receiving the designation of Mr. ADCOLOR in 2023.

A proud Midwesterner hailing from Cleveland, OH, Carlin holds a B.A. in Media Production & Studies from Bowling Green State University, where he focused on the intersection of media, race, representation, and culture.
