Aubrei Hayes is Thee Diversity Diva, dedicated to building equity and inclusion through courageous conversations and the promotion of self-love and self-acceptance. Aubrei is a vibrant and eloquent speaker on a mission to cultivate inclusive work environments that curate innovation and encourage employees to create inclusive and representative campaigns for all. She currently leads the Talent Engagement and Inclusion department at Digitas North America, dedicated to implementing change while creating a positive atmosphere within the creative advertising and marketing industry.

In May 2021, Aubrei obtained her Master of Public Affairs in Diversity Management Analysis at Indiana University, a degree she crafted herself that then became a staple degree at the number one graduate program in the nation. While promoting cultural change, Aubrei is building her personal platform that emphasizes the importance of Body Positivity and self-love through her website Thee Diversity Diva and YouTube channel Curve Logic!

Aubrei aspires to create a meaningful impact as a JEDI Manager by implementing positive educational experiences that are designed to promote systemic change and society’s view on intersectionality and accessibility for all. Her passion is to create an inclusive and innovative workspace within the media advertising industry that can then promote inclusivity within campaign ads showing a representation of all identities within today’s society.
