    Alicia transforms global brands into cultural icons by crafting marketing strategies that resonate with audiences. She has led brand, engagement, and social strategy for major brands like BMW, Roc Nation, PepsiCo, The North Face, Samsung, Pernod Ricard, and AT&T at agencies including Ogilvy, United Entertainment Group, and most recently, Translation, where she is Group Strategy Director. Alicia is also the creator of The Invisible Thread, a digital series and community that highlights strategists of color and their influence on culture. After one season, The Invisible Thread has become an essential mentorship resource for strategists of color.
