Aisha Losche is the chief diversity officer at Draper. Losche provides strategic leadership for DEI while establishing and integrating efforts that support a vision of inclusive excellence. Losche has 15+ years of progressive leadership with a strong emphasis on systemic, collaborative approaches to this work. Prior to CDO, she was VP of Talent Engagement & Inclusion for Publicis Groupe where she worked for 8 years. Losche graduated with a BA from Sacred Heart University, MBA from Curry College, DEI Certification from Cornell. She is a Certified Executive & Leadership coach, Mental Health First Aider and Qualified Administrator ,Intercultural Development Inventory.
