    By 2046, the US will be a majority-minority country. But even though we’re making progress on diversity, our definitions of identity are still woefully behind. Sure, labels like ‘AAPI’ might be inclusive in theory, but are they really intersectional in execution? (Spoiler alert: most of the time, no.)

    The tools and beliefs we’ve relied on for years are failing us, both as marketers and as human beings. It’s time for a hard reset. How do we hold ourselves accountable to inclusive representation, instead of just leaning on the lowest common denominator?
