This session spotlights the urgent need for advocacy and systemic reform for neurodivergent communities of color, who too often face misdiagnosis, overmedication, and exclusion from education and social systems. We’ll explore how early intervention and community support can disrupt cycles of marginalization. Building on the momentum of campaigns like “Dyslexic Thinking”, we’ll also reframe cognitive divergence as creative strengths, showing how inclusion can drive innovation, challenge cultural stigmas, and reshape workplaces and creative communities.
