Making the Unseen, Seen: Centering Disability and Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Building on the momentum of campaigns like “Dyslexic Thinking”, we’ll also reframe cognitive divergence as creative strengths, showing how inclusion can drive innovation, challenge cultural stigmas, and reshape workplaces and creative communities.
