While much of the DE&I initiatives/efforts have been US-centric, the remit and the need is increasingly global. In this discussion, we’ll bring together DE&I leaders from various global markets and organizations to discuss some of the nuances and challenges that are unique to their communities. We’ll dig into whether we should take a global approach vs. market-specific, where do we start, how do we execute globally in an efficient way and how do we measure success.
