Constance Cannon Frazier is the founder and principal of Cardinal Change Consulting, a change management organization, with emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and association management.

Recently, she became the chief of staff and executive assistant to the president at Dillard University.

She worked for the American Advertising Federation for 17 years in various positions, including the Chief Operating Office for 10 years and a brief period as interim CEO.
