I’m responsible for global DEI hiring strategy at Electronic Arts as well as leading recruiting for our most
prestigious game studios. It’s a role that humbles me everyday. It’s also a role I’ve been working towards my entire 20+ year career. Having worked 15 years in the advertising industry (BBDO/DDB) and another 5 at Apple, I’ve spent 2 decades doing this work and I intend to spend the remainder of my career trying to crack the code on inclusive hiring and teach as many people how to do the work as I can in the process.
