Xian Horn serves on the ReelAbilities Film Festival Committee and Advisory Board. She has consulted and spoken at brands and cultural institutions such Target, Amazon, Cooper-Hewitt, NBC Universal, FIT, Parsons, the UN, and the Whitney Museum among others. Her nonprofit, Give Beauty Wings, is focused on the empowerment of all people with disabilities and fostering inclusive leadership.
