Desyree Dixon, the acclaimed 2021 Keynote Speaker for the ADCOLOR Conference is a multi-award-winning trauma expert. Dubbed the “Trauma Transformer”, she believes in the dual power of Empathy and Joy.

She’s currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Southern California with a concentration in Organizational Change and Leadership. An innovator in her field, she created the protocol for Identity Based Trauma called Trauma Based Identity Distressors.

She’s the Founder and CEO of Bolton Therapy & Wellness, a private group practice, and Whew Corporation, an industrial psychological firm, that works with organizations to enhance their performance and support their DEIB strategies.
