By ADCOLOR October 27, 2022 |Rich Ferraro is the Chief Communications Officer of GLAAD, the world’s most visible LGBTQ advocacy organization. Ferraro leads GLAAD’s public education and media campaigns, along with behind-the-scenes work on LGBTQ representation with journalists, brands, Hollywood, and social media platforms. He is also an Executive Producer of the GLAAD Media Awards, which honor LGBTQ media images and stream on Hulu. He received a 2015 Daytime Emmy Award as part of the team behind the MTV and Logo documentary “Laverne Cox Presents: The T Word.” Ferraro was most recently named to the 2022 PRWeek 40 Under 40 and OUT100 lists.
